Staff announced now huh? I doubt this will air for Winter but if adapted right should have enough for a 2 cour from Spring. Looking forward to it.

I am thinking it will be a 1 cour start, and if it has enough of a popular response will get future seasons based on dvd/bluray sales.
(mind you I won't be surprised for future seasons being made)

Nothing to complain. It is nice to know that there are no changes regarding voice actors. Not that I expected any. Even Vivio and Einhart remain the same we know them from Strikers/the game respectively.

There is a comment saying the committee went to Seven Arcs but they recommended A-1 instead, and that's the only comment that will probably be released about it.
As for the real reasons, there can be a lot, but again, there's no way to know for sure.

As I heard Nanoha franchise is 7arcs property but Kadokawa owns ViVId manga so they could change the studio for it after negotiations. What is really bothers me is that Tsuzuki himself not handling the scripts.

I wonder if the newest arc will be adapted, since Ixpellia awakes there and many fans would like to see that character.

Honestly I think it's for the better. Vivid is a continuity nightmare and raises all kinds of questions (well okay the questions were actually raised in StrikerS with all the Belka nonsense this series makes it worse). I will just take this as a sign of 7arcs disowning Vivid (and hopefully Force) and focusing on their new movie continuity. Because IMO everything after A's was pretty bad and a reboot could breathe some much needed life into the franchise.

eh I admit it's just angry wishful thinking on my part I don't like most of the franchsie post A's and I am only vainly hoping that 7arcs giving A-1 Vivid is a sign that they plan to focus more on the movie continuity instead. It's probably not true I'm being an angry fanboy orz
EDIT: just to add something actually relevant to the thread I do wonder what this would mean for Force. From what I've heard it seems Force is only getting lukewarm reception at best, which is probably why they decided to approach with Vivid in the first place since I think it is doing better. Would 7arcs just pass it onto A-1 again, are they gonna do it, or is it just gonna be left dead in the water?
