I'm still not a fan of this being a remake rather than staying in the 20+ year canon of the show, but it has the writers of the Thor movies & X-Men: First Class? That does give me a bit more faith in it.

It would be a lot of work to create Star Wars so it makes sense. Who knows though, Peter Jackson was originally not going to going to direct the Hobit trilogy so maybe he will in the end.
