Can't say I'll miss it, considering it was the basis of that pretty dreadful anime.

Yeah same. I went and sold the 2 volumes of the Soul Eater Not! manga I had after watching the anime. And seeing as how the manga is following the anime pretty much dot to dot in terms of plot (since this was planned) I say it was a good idea on my end.

I thought it ended. If not, what does this mean for the anime (Soul Eater Not.) I never read the manga either of the Soul Eaters. Though, I heard on the street and peak in a few that it was very different from the anime. At times like this, I'd like them to do what they did for Fullmetal Alchemist and make a series that follows the manga. I may have not read the manga, but from what I heard, it's pretty good. I'm considering reading it myself.

...Can't say I'm going to miss it either. Means I can stop spending $1.99 every month because I now feel obligated to finish the series, not because I'm looking forward to it.
Curse this need to be dedicated to anything your favorite title's name is pasted on.
It had great potential, but the manga, and especially the anime, failed to entertain me in any way. Kudos to the manga though- it stirred away from having Tsugumi suddenly able to sprout wings and fly in weapon form. God did that tick me off.

^A few of your posts seem written as if the manga wasn't the source and the anime wasn't an experiment/advertisement which made up a dumb ending just like Soul Eater's anime.
---
I enjoyed the manga for Soul Eater Not! a good deal more than some of the later parts of Soul Eater and I could buy the ending for the SEN! anime just as much as I could buy the ending for Soul Eater's anime... Never expect anything good from the ending of a show based on a manga which isn't done.
Just hope they find a good conclusion which doesn't throw power balance out of wack. At least when Bones directed Ouran, the worst thing they could do was not acknowledge all manga characters and relationships to create a neutral closure. With action series, they have to kill or get rid of the big bad somehow and have less time to build up the characters to do so.
