I don't think Naruto's even been liscensed yet. Maybe on one of those international channels? I don't think Naruto(anime) will be translated for a while.

DO NOT ENCOURAGE PIRACY.
Those are pirates, you will be burned by low quality dvd's with bad subs, or subs stolen from fansubs.
Fansubs are debatable, but are much better option then outright piracy.

Um, anyhoot, as soon as someone snatchs up the rights for US disturbation, it won't hit US air/wire waves. But give that their not a whole of offence stuff in it (Blood here and there), I don't see any probelms.

There is a decent amount of blood when you get far along, not say, eva-ish, but enough to be an issue.

No more of an issue than Yu Yu Hakusho or Kenshin. If those can make it to Toonami then there's nothing stoping Naruto.

don't worry, it's Naruto, it's bound to get licensed sooner or later. And depending on the channel it'll be airing at, the cutting may range from little to unwatchable.
Trust me, it won't be left untouched, having the lead chararcter break somebody's arms by bending too far back is NOT going to make it in to American tv.

Bah, they've shown worse on Dragonball. You make it sound as if every shred of violence is quickly eidted out of all animation in the US. Worse comes to worse they'll shoot away from the scene for a moment, but I doubt they'ed pretend it never happened. I doubt Naruto would rate higher than TV-14 which is exactly what Cartoon Network is rated at.

Well hopefully if they do bring it here it'll be aired on a channel like Encore Action. they really don't edit. Maybe just alittle bit but its better than most channels. I wouldn't mind too much if they aired it on Adult Swim the only thing is that the dubbies would be all over it. (Please excuse me when I say dubbies I just don't like pepople who act like they know everything about anime and only knows about dubs really)

Hmm, the only edits I saw on Encore Action was Blue Seed when they dumped the Omake Theathers. But, myself, I don't want to put $30 or so just to watch one series. I much rather buy the DVDs in that case . . . will even if it's on CN, I'll buy the DVDs. I much rather watch it when I feel like it. But I'm going OT. But for the kids or people that don't really have to money just buy Showtime or Encore for a couple of months, CN would be nicer because it's normally included in basic packages.

heh if kids could conmvince their parants to get showtimew they would probly end up getting skinimax as well... Anime might not take much priority to pornography.
