Have any one finish the TV show. I bought the show so i finish it early than Astro channel 75.
Question?
I don t quite understand the Ending part where Yukari(Calorine) is getting married and they got a musical invitation from Koizume Goerge?
= so what the main plot here is goerge dead or its just that Yukari(Calorine) didn't waited for george and found herself a new boyfriend and gets a invatation?

You know, i never put to much thought into that, I just assumed it was something George planned in advance and left it alone

Basicly Yukari decided to to finish college and stayed behind instead of going to Paris with George. During her time in college she fell in love with Her high school classmate, and they decided to get married. The point of the tickets to the play on broadway was to show that George was also successful in fowling his dream of becoming a famouse designer. So Yukari became a top notch Model and George became a famouse designer. George's clothing designs were going to be used in the play... The play tickets were Yukari's wedding present and also I think a way to show that George would always love her even though they did not wind up together. This show was excellent imo. It was truly a slice of life, and I found it to be fitting how it ended. Even though I had hoped for a slightly different ending

The ending looked pretty clear cut to me. George and Yukari move on with their lives after he leaves Japan. Yukari becoming a professional model and getting engaged while George goes on continuing his fasion designs. Not all love stories can end with the seemingly perfect preconceived couple.

I agree with mugen1style. I really liked the ending because it wasn't what everyone expected to happen. I was also reading the manga at the time I was watching this show and I definately liked how they portrayed the end in the manga better (It wasnt as sad)
I also have a feeling that George and Isabella decided to do their thing since the connection was there since they were children and George even says himself that he is Bi and Isabella is really a man in a dress. haha
If you did not understand it the first time, I suggest you re-watch it or read the manga. But if you do go for the manga, be warned that Vol 5 hasn't been reprinted yet and getting your hands on an original number 5 is like looking for a needle in a haystack. It took me over a month to track one down because it has been out of print for a while now.

Such a big lose that yukari feel in love with the other guy without any hestitation or sorry for George. Even George know that they are getting married and didn t do anything about it, such a shame. i was hoping after 10years the are getting married. Well not all ending is as good as you wanted. But its still reasonable the ending plot that mugen told i accept it.
She liked the other guy before she even met George. And she wasn't ever really in love with George either, in my honest opinion. It was something new and exciting for her and she got lost in the chaos of excitement (and the thought of being with a hot guy like George)
