Can you buy just one of the pens and where can I go to get the regular pin sets? Like, not the full 20

Can you preorder from those links for US customers or is it Japan only? Or if anyone knows another site that might offer it I so what everything lol

No, the pens come as a set.

You can order individual pins here.

Unfortunately the site isn't very clear about this -- but probably not. On the other hand, it says "there are plans to sell them in some overseas territories."
