I am happy this is getting a second season because I love the series, but why does this get a second season while A-Channel is most likely never going to get one?

This is nice news to wake up to. It's pure fluff, but as a Brit I found it interesting to see how they portrayed Britain and British people.

I like the characters but the show is a little boring.
yuyushiki, aiura, kinmoza, they all kind of like blend into a big blob, it's getting hard to differentiate them. another season of A-channel and minami-ke would be good too. |

I quite liked Kinmoza so I'm looking forward to this. Hope that Sentai releases the first season soon.

I stopped at episode 4 while watching this so that I could just marathon the rest of the episodes, but that never happened. Now I should probably get on that

The word I keep coming back to is "Why?" I liked the first episode and the last episode, neither of which had anything to do with the characters, comedy or the original strip.
Still, better this than A-Channel. |

I liked KINMOZA too. I am glad that a second season is being made, and I want to celebrate, not bitch that sequels from other animes have not been made/announced or act like a baby and hate on moe.
I am a bit confused by this line in the article: "anime sequel will be a new second television season". This sounds like the second season will have a different style. I want to believe that the formula used will be the same from the first season, and that the line in the article was oddly written (like some other ANN news articles are written). |

Season 1 was cute and enjoyable, so this is good news. I too am curious about what exactly the "brand new tv series" thing means. An alternate retelling? A prequel? More serious? Short episodes? More explicit yuri? Fanservice?

The first episode was great and there were some cute moments in between, but I wasn't that impressed with this show overall. Every character was a basically a knock off of K-ON. That said it did have one of the best OP and ED I ever heard. If the second season can deliver the same, I'll watch.
