Some of those styles were pretty cool and unique, like I wouldn't mind seeing those artists develop their own stuff. Others were downright hideous, and some looked straight up traced.

Fun to watch and to experiment but definitely not something for anything more than that. Good project!

I think some were traced on purpose. And in any case, they had to match frame by frame for certain scenes.
I don't really think it's a big deal.
I thought the Bob Burgers reference was one of the best ones, I was dying.

To all 250 animators that participated in this project... I am not impressed at all. That was a stint to get through.

Some of the artist's style were really cool and nice to look at, but others were just, ergh.

If they decide to make a similar project I guess I'll try participating

For a moment, from that screen cap on the front page, I thought they were being mugged...
Anyways, cool. I've love to see something like this done with other cartoons.

There's quite an array of styles that are direct homages present: Disney, Bob's Burgers, Scott Pilgrim, several Nickelodeon-esque bits I couldn't quite place, and probably many others. I wonder how many key frames this has compared to the original?

My favorites are the ones that took a unique spin on the scene, like the scene when Sailor Moon starting smoking. My least favorites are ones that looked like they were traced. Really like seeing all the different art styles.

Loved it! Great variety, and a lot of fun to watch. A lot of talented Sailor Moon fans out there! Best laugh out load moment was seeing all the Sailor Senshi as super buff men.
I was a tad disappointed that no one did a Simpsons homage. Too passe?
