I take it this will probably be the first Doraemon movie to hit the US? We can only hope. However, Stand By Me Doraemon will probably be picked up by Disney for a theatrical release if the show catches on here in the States.
Oh and by the way, there is a bit of a typo, it's Disney XD, not Disney DX.

I remember people kept saying that, but I never saw an official source that outright stated it would be the final movie.
And yeah, it's Disney XD, not DX. I certainly feel more "DX" than "XD" about how badly the channel has become, but that's just my personal feelings.

Each Doreaemon movie still brings in between 3.5 billion ($35 million) and 4 billion ($40 million) yen in gross each year. The Doreamon movie franchise is here to stay.
