The company has released the proper Evangelion manga by Sadamoto

The main Evangelion manga by Yoshiyuki Sadamoto is published by Viz not Dark Horse.

Came here to say this. Sadamoto's NGE manga has always been under Viz. The confusion may be because Carl Horn, who was hosting Dark Horse's Evangelion panel, was previously the editor for Sadamoto's NGE manga when he worked for Viz.

I'll keep an eye out for this but I know better than to get my hopes up too high. So far the only spinoff I've enjoyed was Campus Apocalypse. We shall wait and see with this comedy one.

I thought the The Shinji Ikari Detective Diary was okay, but I would have to say that Campus Apocalypse was the best so far.

I also came here to correct the article. Thank you knowledgeable users for doing the work for me.

What is this manga about exactly? Does it parody the entire series' events, or does it just follow its own made up plot? I'll keep an eye on it considering I'm such a big fan, even if I have no idea what it's about.
