Wait, I'm confused...

Is this still coming out on 3DS in the states?

Noticed that the theme song got axed in the trailer. Really hoping they won't quietly remove the song like they did on Romance Dawn... I only just found that out recently.

We are. We're actually getting the revised version of it. Japan's getting DLC (or just an update, I can't remember) to upgrade current copies to have the same content as the PS3/Vita/Wii U versions, if I'm recall correctly. I'm not entirely certain if Japan's getting a retail release of the revised version, however.

Wonder if it'll have a dub.. Generally, games don't generally get a retail release unless it's dubbed.

I hope they can get the guys from 4kids to reprise their roles, I prefer them over Failimation.

Oh wow. I wonder how they can possibly not make Law completely broken with his devil fruit powers if you can play as him in the game.

The game was originally a 3DS game in Japan. As I recall the Vita, Wii U, and PS3 versions will be getting a retail release in Japan some time in May.

Simple, they won't let you use his Devil Fruit powers.
I'm serious, unless they went the coding gym and gave him some new moves... None of his attacks in the game take advantage of his Room abillity, a shame given how Ganbarion were clever about how to balance him as a support in Gigant Battle on the DS or as a playable character in Gigant Battle 2 (DS as well) as he could only use to relocate slightly or cut through guards for a few attacks which notable charge time.

In this game, as a boss does have two specials but one of them is a lame "Rocks rise" abillity and the other switches hearts around if two playable characters are nearby while he stands in place. Even if it works on NPCs, it probably won't be practical without being reworked.
