Hello! I'm not sure if this has already been addressed. The "Who is Online" area at the bottom of the forum doesn't give any information, no one is shown as online - I may have mentioned it in the feedback section not long after 5.0 was rolled out. I know it's something very minor but I am, shall I say, an inquisitive person and liked to have a nose at my fellow members profiles . Also if the function isn't working what is the point of it being there, right?
Anyways here is a picture of the area described:

FWIW, I've noticed the same thing.

Does anyone actually use that feature? It would be simpler for me to remove it than fix it.

I use it, if only to see what mods/admins are on if I see something that needs quick attention (like that one time someone's account got hacked and they were posting massive amounts of pornographic images in random threads).

I like to use it but if it goes I won't cry about it.

I click on Zac's name sometimes to see if he's banned anybody recently.

I use it on occassion to check if someone I'm having a discussion with is online. It's not essential to my existence, but it's neat to have every once in a while

If you do fix it, I vote for renaming the feature Who is "IMOUTO"?

I liked it. It can be surprisingly useful to know who is online. Also helps foster a sense of community.
I guess it isn't a priority fix, but I would like to see it eventually come back.

I've used it several times myself to contact the closest mod.

I've also been wondering about this. I find it very helpful to know when a mod is online, and I enjoy snooping to see who else is around

Sometime this year we're going to upgrade phpBB to the newest version (based on a recent survey, we've decided to stay with phpbb). At that time we'll make certain that feature works.
