Another rather weak month in terms of dubs for Sentai, though at least not as much. While Crowds being dubbed was a given, Problem Children surprised my by getting a dub, those, Devil Survivor, and Majestic Prince were the only two to be dubbed this month. In terms of sub-only releases, it's another majority. To Love-Ru Darkness didn't surprise me, but Flowers of Evil not getting a dub? haven't seen it, but considering the buzz it got, you'd expect it to get a dub. I know it's polarizing, but there's no denying how notable it was. Still, aside from Crowds (which I may blind buy), nothing of interest to me. And if Watamote doesn't get a dub, then I'm really gonna be pissed.

No Blu-ray for Devil Survivor 2?!

BAH!

Will probably pick up Gatchaman Crowds though.

Majestic Prince release is Collection 1, not a Complete Collection.

I'm thinking the animation style probably made it difficult to dub. Because the entire show is rotoscoped, it'd basically be like dubbing a live action film. And while some companies like FUNimation will dub live-action, Sentai usually chooses not to.

Triple for me. Sentai has let me down with pretty much everything I was looking to collect lately. First, Chu2koi and now SNAFU and Yuyushiki (didn't expect a dub for the latter two, but they're not even getting a Blu-ray). Would like at least one thing to break the chain of disappointment.

Oy. My credit card bill for July is going to be expensive. Gatchaman, Flowers of Evil, Yuyushiki, Sasami-San, and To Love-Ru are definite pre-orders.

It's pretty much guaranteed that Watamote will not get a dub, since Sentai has been making an effort to not ever dub anything I want to buy from them anymore.

There's a chance. There was a dub commercial for it created for The Anime Network's streaming site: http://4NN.cx/133363. It was released post-license.

that felt like Anime Network having a little extra money in the budget to allow them to be creative in telling everyone that the show was now available for on-Demand

TAN has done a dub commercial for at least one thing that Sentai is unlikely to dub in full anytime soon (considering the first series is going to be released sub-only): http://youtu.be/YTY8iRbxBKg
