His voice is so distinctive-- it's one of the things I love most about BoC. Hope this is a temporary setback.

As my favorite band, this greatly depresses me. However, I am very glad they are postponing this stuff. 100% his health should be first! This man is a freakin poet, and his voice is a gift to everyone that hears it. Even if you dont like the music, read the lyrics to his songs! He's their composer and their lyricist. HE is the band. Without him, they're just a bunch of friends playing instruments. I love them all, but they really need him to be "BUMP OF CHICKEN". Please get well soon, Fujiwara! I've never cared so much about a musician...this guy's words really have gotten me through a lot of things in the past 10 years that I've been listening to him. edit: They also did one of the doraemon movie songs, in 2011. 友達の唄 |
