I know recommendations aren't allowed, and I am not aiming to break the rules at all, but there wasn't a thread and there isn't really a way to sort by the topic but...
I was curious if anyone knew of older anime titles that used 3D in any way, so not necessarily full 3D like a Pixar film. I know Lensman used it for a few scenes and have been curious about the use of 3D in anime. Some of the newer titles have done some interesting things with 3D as well, not just backgrounds either. If anyone knows of some titles before 2000 besides ones like Initial D and Blue Submarine. |
