Good to see in this age of developers eating their own that some studios are still doing okay and rolling out nice products.

Indeed. The Atelier games have usually been pretty enjoyable for me, much more than some of the better rated JRPGs here in the West, so it's nice to know they are doing just well enough financially to keep making the games they like.

I've never played a single one of these games as they seemed too moe for my taste, but I'm kind of itching for a turn-based RPG.

The newer ones are DEFINITELY in this category (hence why I don't like them as much), but things like Mana Khemia are not very moe.
