I think the anime has done a good job of replicating the soft style of the manga. I'm definitely looking forward to this one.

HAZUKI's stuff is so sweet it will give you diabetes. I would very much like the earliest release titled KIMI TO KAMI HIKOKI (roughly-a Paper Plane With You) to be animated as well. It's about a very shy girl who communicates with paper airplanes; a premise that sounded kind of lame but i ended up enjoying very much. As mentioned earlier the art is very soft also the covers/opening pages are beautifully water coloured.
I hope these series eventually get released here in manga form at least. They would be a Yen Press press type pick up.

Just started reading this manga today, having been intrigued by its interesting/heartwarming synopsis and its cute art. I'm only a couple chapters in and I love it already. Very much looking forward to the anime.

D'aww, the characters look in need of a hug throughout the whole trailer.

Brain's Base is a good studio; think the most recent anime I saw of theirs was My Little Monster. (Speaking of which, shame that never got licensed. Hope there will be a continuation of that at some point~) Guess I'll keep Isshukan Friends in mind for Spring.

Although the anime hasn't been picked up for My Little Monster the manga has and will be released in March. It also carries on for 5-6 more volumes and divulges more into Natsume and Sasahara's charcters.
