The United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Austria, and Switzerland happen to be in Europe. Rejoice!

I just ordered the Aincrad novel, and the Aincrad and Fairy Dance part one manga at Right Stuf. There is currently a Yen Press, the company in North America that will be officially distributing the SAO novels and manga, sale on Right Stuf for 33% off MSRP; and an additional 10% off if you have a Got Anime? membership. So, it's a great time to pre-order them for a good price if you enjoy the series and want to read the official translations.

Hmm. Maybe when most of the series is printed I might buy them. I've gotten burned way too many times buying a few light novels just to have them stop bringing the rest over. (I'm looking at you, Zaregoto!)
