His name is Hidekazu Sato. ANN's database has the reading wrong.

Edit: Also there's a minor typo in the synopsis - "A girl from the Western Panet"

Double edit:
Source of reading is English version of Satelight's website - http://www.satelight.co.jp/eng/works/arjuna.php
And Atlus (warning PDF) - http://www.atlus.com/persona2/Persona2InnocentSin.pdf
It's also the reading using on ja.wikipedia and other Japanese db sites.

Thanks for pointing out the romanization error and the spelling error. Both have been corrected in the article, and our encyclopedia team should be fixing the name for his encyclopedia entry shortly.
