so its not dubbed? this is one of those anime that would have benefited with a dub, i mean it takes place in England.

The original set wasn't dubbed, so I wouldn't expect this one to be either.
Hmm, perhaps I'll try to pick this up. While I haven't read the manga or seen an episode of the series, I've read the summaries and it does seem very interesting to me.

So about $50 for both seasons, eh.
SOLD.
Now I just need to wait for a few months to pass.

From what I could tell of the box art, this isn't a new release is it? This is just the two previous Emma releases bundled together?

Based on the description, it seems like it's just a re-release of the original box sets just bundled together.
When I get home this evening from work, I'll pull out my copies and run through all the extras described here and from what I have.
This is one series I wouldn't mind buying again. Although it lacked a dub which would most likely enhance the series, it did not in any way detract from the solid story and wonderful characters.
I'm a sappy kind of guy and this anime hit all the right spots. It's the kind of series that made me want to reach out to Emma herself and just give her a big hug. I highly recommend this title if the description strikes any interest to you and by supporting this re-release it might send a signal to RightStuf/Noizumi Entertainment that there is a market for niche titles like Emma and to bring more quality series over sometime in the future (please, someone pick up Nodame Cantabile...I beg of you).

I was planning on buying it anyways. The second it becomes available for pre-order, I'm buying it!
I prefer the manga to the anime, but the anime was still good.

Thanks for informing me!

Why is it that whenever I order something, a better version comes on out right afterwards? I just got Emma a couple of weeks ago, and now this? So unfair.

Looks like the same two boxes.
Already pre-ordered the original boxes, got my names on the fan credits, so I'll let others enjoy this one instead.

Only if it used proper British VAs, otherwise I'd rather listen to the Japanese for all the bloody good it would be.

If it used "proper British" VAs, the rest of us wouldn't be able to decipher it.
