Yeah there are places but if you want to get bootlegs and help support illegal traffic in china/hong kong. Not only that you are going to be getting below quality picture, and more then likely the subs will be next to near impossible to read.

That's true! I have seen the Bleach BootLegs, they are Bad! Trust me you don't want to see an Anime, especially one that you really like, with crappy subs. It just ruins it for you.
Your only to options are, Fansubs or the waiting game! I know it sucks, but it give's you something to look foward to!

Uhh, I don't know what you are refering to when you say "saya," but I am going to assume a scabbard. In that case, the particular kanji is 鞘 ...
*EDIT*
Just looked it up. I've never seen Blood+ but apparently that is the main character's name. However, the interesting wikipedia article on Blood+ included the kanji for her name, which is: 音無小夜.

It's alright Lucutus, I have just about as much anticipation about a US/UK release or Blood+ as much as the next old lady. In my own speculation, since there are already voice actors announced for the dub, I am seeing some kind of Spring/Summer release in the US some time next year, however if you feel like seeing it on DVD as of now, you could always import the expensive R2 DVDs from Japan (I think R2 is UK too, but I'm not sure if they can play on the same systems).

Ok, another question.
If i wait for the UK/USA release. I know it will be dubbed, but is it likely that it will also have the original janpanese voice with subs as an option also? Got so used to sayas japanese voice i think an american acient coming out of her mouth would ruin it for me.
