Ahh, Lupin. Not a day goes by when I don't think about some of the hilarious moments I saw on that show.

And here I was just wondering where our yearly Lupin TV movie was. Good to see the tradition continue.

The interesting thing is it's called the "seventies" something (entire name escapes me). I wonder if this is going to be anoter flashback, or if they're doing a continuity/universe reboot (Not sure if there is any such thing as a coherent continuity in the Lupinverse) and putting it back in the '70s (1st-2nd series timeframe) for some reason. On the other hand, maybe Lupin has to go and steal the soul of funk from George Clinton...

Is it supposed to be "Lupin the 3rd: 70s Rhapsody" or "Lupin the 3rd: Seven Days' Rhapsody"? Because on the Lupin Yahoo group, I heard it was supposed to be "Seven Days' Rhapsody."

I think Lupin can do better than "stealing" intellectual property.

if they did go with a fan's idea for the TV special, it wouldn't be the first time they've done that. Four episodes of the 2nd TV series were based on viewer's ideas.
