 , anyone know how i rate a anime, i see always a user rating.. how i use it? ty

First, welcome to ANN. Second, if you look on the left side of your screen, under the Interactive section, you will see a line that says "My Anime." When you look up an anime or manga in the Encyclopedia, on the upper right side it will say "My Anime" as well and will ask you if you want to add that anime/manga to "want to see, seen some, seen all." Click on your choice. After you have chosen all of the anime and manga, click on "My Anime" (under Interactive) and that will show you the anime/manga you have just chosen. Then you will be able to rate, write comments and if you want, make your list public which, when you provide a link, will help the rest of us to recommend a new anime or manga. Hope that I explained that okay. If not, someone else will come along and explain it better or at least maybe not as confusedly. EDIT - shoot, frentymon beat me to it
