Sawamura's delinquint/yakuza face (Midori no Hibi). It's not particularly funny by itself, but the way and the times he uses it is just hilarious. It's kind of like Onizuka's scrunched up monkey face (GTO), except...its not scrunched up.

I think many of the faces in Ultra Maniac are funny--that series just uses every crazy reaction imaginable, especially for the main two characters, Nina and Ayu. In fact, one reason I wound up watching Ultra Maniac was because someone showed me this link.

I'd say some of the greatest faces are in Golden Boy.. throughout the entire OAV series. I love the funny faces in anime and manga where they get that sketchy ugly old Fist of the North Star/80s anime -esque. Like when the puchus in Excel Saga get punched.

Sorry to be the party pooper, but please try to make the opening post a little more constructive next time. While there are many funny faces in anime (my favorites being from GTO and Yakitate!! Japan), there's not much else you can answer to if your just saying what the funniest face is with some simple reason to accompany it.
