Since HetBaasje didn't care to fill us in with alittle more info, I will.
"We use an updated version of ID Software's Quake 3 Arena engine which supports cel-shaded rendering and the Ogg Vorbis audio format." In other words, they used Quake 3 Arena to create a mod with Naruto characters that looks and sound like those from the anime. While modding a PC game with anime characters is nothing new (use to play Bubblegum Crisis mod for Doom 2), I guess Naruto fans will go nuts over this.
