稲葉 浩志, member of the band B'z, romanizes his name "Koshi Inaba", not "Kohshi Inaba" (#21839), per Japanese Wikipedia and (muting your computer's sound be clicking the link may be a good idea) B'z' official site's Profile page. (This will need a new entry.)

Or should I manually move the credits myself?

I just found "Kohshi Inaba" being an animator named 稲葉浩四 who worked in Reborn! ep. 96. The submitter claimed she(?) got the name though watching, and I have sufficient confidence that she obtained the romanization through licensed DVD and/or English-subbed streaming. Therefore I suggest you create a new entry with "Kōshi Inaba" (note the macron; read my reasoning in another thread) for the musician, then move those credits to the new entry manually while keeping entry #21839 to the animator.

For the record, since this is merely a difference in romanization, it should have been a merge rather than a move.

It hasn't had an English language DVD release. There is the simulcast on Crunchyroll, but like almost all streaming series there it has the kanji credits and they are not translated in any way. So, the submitter probably just saw the name 稲葉浩四 in the credits and went with the romanization that existed for the musician since it's a potential (but non-standard) romanization for this person too. I think they both need to be standardized as Kōshi Inaba and then split. There is no record online of the animator doing anything else, which is a bit odd. It could possibly be a pseudonym, but there's no way to tell whose it is.
