These are listed as 'Kasimasi', which is the Kunrei romanisation of the hiragana title かしまし. However, since just about everywhere else the site uses Hepburn romanisation, shouldn't the titles should really be rendered as 'Kashimashi' for consistency?

Because it's the official romanization, right on the top of the official site, and it's within the URL. Same for Kannaduki no Miko. Before anyone who's about to mention it: Sukisho was once a rather tricky example, and AnimeWorks solved the problem for us.
When there's an official romanization announced by the production company, it overrules all other romanization rules, until an official R1 title (if any) has been announced. |

Oh well, if that's the ANN policy then at least it's consistently inconsistent. I could of course argue the philosophical perspective, rather like Lewis Carroll's White Knight, but instead I'll lie back on my huton and finish my susi while catching up with Tubasa
