Damn, if I had the money and space and happened to live in LA I would so get this. Nothing says BAMF like a huge Tokyopop neon sign in your foyer.

Oh Craigslist. I always like people who say that it "must be picked up after 6pm". I'll ask them if I can pick it up at 4, noting that it is after 6pm yesterday.

I could see someone taking the smaller sign on the wall, but that larger one would just be too much of a hassle I'd think. Unless there's a decent market for used neon tubes.

It's nice to see that Stu Levy put Tokyopop's limited funds to good use.

No reserve then? I bid a quid. You'll want a risk assessment done before moving the big one. Wink

Boy, you know it's a REALLY slow news day when this gets a blurb.

It was good enough of a story for you to chime in and advertise.

Not yet. Next, they'll be selling the copper wire of their building. office supplies, ceiling fans, and they will have a small raffle with the grand prize being a chance to pelt Stu Levy with small pieces of yellow chalk.

Didn't see this:

Quote:
Tokyopop founder and CEO Stu Levy announced that he is working on a documentary on the aftermath of the March 11 Great Eastern Japan Earthquake disaster (Higashi Nihon Daishinsai), and recently put out a call for volunteers to help him on the project.

This sorta reminds me of Pokemon for some reason. A certain aspect of it.
