No, I'm not really annoyed by them. Mizuho from Please Teacher! and Yukari from Azudai are the only ones I can think of off the top of my head and they're cool. The teacher in Full Metal Panic! is kind of wierd though. Oh, also chibi teachers like Mika from DDSH and Rebecca from PPD are cool.
