How do you create links on page to the artist's page?

for example, on the Esclaflowne page, maaya sakamoto isn't linked to her profile on ANN

It's already linked. It's just not linked near the top of the page next to the song, it's linked where she appears under the Japanese staff on the left. It's the same format for all other anime too.
