I never hear about anime sales at BestBuy.com, I just stumble across them.
Direct links to Best Buy pages never work for me so you'll have to go there yourself from the homepage : http://www.bestbuy.com/ Movies & TV Shows > Genre:Anime > Current Offers: On Sale 33 Anime "On Sale" items, Mostly Funimation, Mostly releases from 6 months to a year ago, mostly discounts around 60% I might pick up the Oh! Edo Rocket parts myself, each at $18 |

I do need to get more Dragon Ball so I know will get that once I get paid again Friday (if the sale is still going one then) I could also pick up Oh Edo Rocket! as well since I've been wanting to add it to my collection.

No idea, I might go off to a store tonight to check. If I do, I'll report back. But the stores have such minuscule DVD selections these days it doesn't matter much anymore. It seems you shouldn't go to one hoping to find something specific unless it's a popular new release. |

You can price match the online store, as long as it doesn't say "Online only", but some cashiers will still match it for you. |

Yep, I did end up going. I had them scan one of the DBZ sets, it didn't scan at the sale price but they repeated what mlisette23 said, they'll pric match the online price if it's not "online only." They didn't have the Oh Edo Rocket sets though, so I didn't get anything. Luckily a Borders was in it's final week next door, so it wasn't a wasted trip. Cross Game V.1 manga omnibus for 7.20 was worth the trip |

I was thinking of getting slayers. I have the first box set the funi released and was extremely disappointed with the transfer it just look as bad as the original DVD release from when i think ADV owned it. I'm not that picky at all but even for that price i could even pick this up. Though I did get Dragonball seasons 3&4 for $26 |

Yeah, I knew about the so-so transfer. But nothing beats the hilarity that is Slayers. I miss seeing Gourry cross-dress or fish people chasing after Lina. I had to pick it up especially at that rock bottom price! |
