I've done a search around the net and on these forums, but with no luck. I keep hearing that (and seeing Belldandy's wedding dress)Belldandy gets a proposal or something. I cant find anything and my manga is incomplete... Tell me does he really get the courage to do a marriage or is this all fan fic?

Kosuke has drawn a few pics of Belldandy in a wedding dress, but these were made some years ago. The art can be dated by how the goddesses have looked through the years. If he's recently made another pic I wouldn't put any major significance on it.
There's also been a couple of figurines relatively recently showing Belldandy in a wedding dress. That doesn't mean a wedding is in the offing, just that the sculptors thought it would be a nice theme. |

Nope. No marriage yet, all the way up through volume 31 at least. And while I love it, this series is so slow that I doubt we'll see a marriage until the series ends or the writer dies of old age, except in fanfics. |

I say the same. As much as we fans would love to see the wedding of these two, do you think that "God" would allow them to? and also after all they've been through and considering the movie came out on the time line after the manga is still running on, and they're still not married in that. My idea is that we may see a new movie and Keichi's wish at the end of the first movie was for a marriage. But that's just my personal opinion.

I agree to your opinions too...I wouldn't think a little more romance added to the series wouldn't hurt anybody,...
spoiler[i would say that after the volume 1, the romance just start getting worse They've been together over 5 years and keichi still don't hold her hand without "outer forces" and without hesitating, i hope that urd will finally sucsess making them to a more normal couple in the upcoming chapters. am starting to get frustrated over their relationship. Especially over keichi, i don't even think a real person could be as shy as keichi, that's just too unrealistic. And what the heck...what happened to belldandys guts after she actually kissed him because he was standing outside freezing, making his lips turning blue. She actually "throw herself" over him and kissed him to warm his lips. And suddenly, she just start to be as shy as ever. (dammit, i am too frustrated over their relationship going nowhere, please fujishima!!! END MY FRUSTRATION!!!] |
