Good lord, so 30,000 total, right? This fears me how godly Madoka-Magica's sales will be if IS's sales was already this insane.

IS sold that many? That was a generic pile of poop. Admittedly it had good mecha action scenes but still.

sex sells if it hasn't been mention already lol....... I somewhat surprise since I agree it was not a spectacular series even with the fan service queensblade, ikkitousen or similar series. I shudder to think what repercussion this will have on the anime industry.. or rather what message this is sending out.

Officially I'm supposed to decry shows like IS for pandering. Unofficially, if those kinds of sales mean that the revenue can go towards making more series like Durarara!! (which 8-bit co-produced), I'm willing to look the other way. Wink
