Merely by seeing your new avatar I can see why this may appeal to you, heh (unless you're being sarcastic in this specific instance?)
The only somewhat original thing that I heard in that brief synopsis of this was that the naked girl is a "thief of rice crackers.", but I have a hard time imagining what interesting plot points could be made out of that. Unless there's more, it sounds like Generic Harem 101.

I'm being sarcastic. And if you think my avatar shares anything in particular with the one portrayed there then you clearly haven't watched Darker Than Black.
... but I'll most likely watch this anyway.

Oh, sorry, my bad. I thought that was Code Geass's CC for a sec, who as you know also appeared as a Mysterious Girl in a box. I've only seen the first two episodes of Darker than Black... that character appears later on, then?

Yeah. She's a main character in the last arc.

What's this you say? A boy recieves a mysterious package that contains a cute girl? And she's naked?!
How did the author ever come up with such an original premise!

If anime teaches me anything, it's that meeting a beautiful potential love interest in the nude is not only normal, but the primary indicator for whether a girl is "the one" or not. That's how I know all the beautiful girls I've ever met are not "the one", and can be ignored. There's probably a formula somewhere quantifying the inverse relationship between amount of clothes a girl is wearing and likelihood for life partnership.
The only reason I haven't met "the one" yet is because my father wasn't an anthropologist. Or an eccentric adventurer. Or a martial arts master. He also didn't vanish during any of his travels... If he ever does, though, I'll have something to look forward to in the mail!
But seriously, how a package like that gets through customs is anybody's guess. With 1:1 anime dolls selling these days, though, maybe it isn't entirely impossible?

The author is clearly drawing from life experience. Clearly.

Why can't I ever find a light-blue-haired anime girl that ISN'T a buxom lead in a harem series?
Dagnabbit. And so the elusive hair color still remains on my list.

"Don't judge book by its cover".
This has gore everywhere + Death everywhere + Psychos everywhere + Curse everywhere + A little bit of humour to balance this out. This is some serious troll novel.

He must have taken a double dose of Creativity Pills. Lack of sui generis aside, I'll be watching. I'm a sucker for rice cracker thief stories, what can I say?
