I still find it odd they didn't include the opening the ads. The Opening theme "Tomorrow" is pretty darn good. Oh well, I can't wait for the series myself, as well as the novel. Razz

It's not known right now, but if they handle it like Viz, it'll be a matter of months after they get a volume or two ran in Newtype.

I'm surprised that Newtype hasn't put the first ep on one of the dvd's that comes with it. You would think something that is as anticipated as Full Metal Panic would have been in there by now. I've been reading the manga inserts that they put in there...that where I first heard of Full Metal Panic.

I bet we'll see it there sooner or later. For one thing, the episodes they've been including on the discs are all new popular titles, and FMB certainly fits that bill. And on top of that, it's been in the previews on at least one of the previous DVDs, and most of those have had their first episode released with Newtype. (RahXephon, Wild Arms, Noir, Saiyuki... any others? I think Arjuna might be the only one that hasn't been.) So, once they've gotten through what they consider to be the most important ones - ie RahXephon - I think FMB will inevitably be given a place within Newtype's pages also.

It won't be next month, though. Although what they are offering sounds pretty impressive...

* And, the free DVD insert includes an Animatrix preview and episodes from Boogiepop Phantom, Sakura Wars TV AND Samurai Deeper Kyo!
