they have already rereleased Those Who Hunt Elves under the sentai brand

Well this certainly answers the question of why Discotek was unable to license Casshern (70s tv series).

I doubt it will be part of their "better QC plans" but it would be great if Sentai could do a better job at scheduling their voice actors during dub production.
It's really awkward and just not professional when there are unnecessary cast changes for supporting characters between "Collection 1" and "Collection 2" or seasons.
It's been going on for a couple years now...
