Fist Of The North Star chronology question

How do all the Fist Of The North Star animes chronologically fit together?

Really, I think only the two TV series follow any sort of chronological order. The movie was made sometime during the middle of the first TV series run. New Fist Of The North Star came 15 years after the second series ended, and isn't based on the manga like the TV series were.
