In iTunes, for each ANNCast from June 1, 2012 - May 31, 2013, today there's a second listing that includes a download button. This wasn't the case on May 31.

I can vouch for this. Clicked refresh to load the latest episode and suddenly I was seeing double.
There's only one of the "50 years of Anime" episode though, and it's showing as not downloaded.

That's probably related to this bug which I just fixed. If I look at the itunes website I currently don't see any duplicates.
