THE $5 FILM FESTIVAL
Big-Screen Asian Madness!!!

$10.75 for bad Hollywood movies? $7 for stale popcorn? Late fees and your tiny TV? We don’t think so.

The ImaginAsian proudly presents The $5 Film Festival, in celebration of our 1 year birthday! We’re bringing your favorite Asian films of all time back to the big screen, for only 5 bucks! That’s less than you paid for last night’s pizza!

So help us celebrate…dig through the couch cushions, grab your friends, and head on up for a marathon of your favorite old-skool Asian flicks!

FEATURED FILMS:
Hero
Godzilla: The Original Uncut Japanese Version
Shall We Dance?
Princess Mononoke
Akira
Fallen Angels
Oldboy
The Killer
Audition

Sorry, Jr. Mods, but how do you know this guy works for ImagineAsian? Does it really matter even if he does? I'd say the post is completely relevant, and even the non-Anime titles are intriguing to me. Besides, we talk about new shows announced for Toonami/[AS] or AU daily - that's advertising, right? Why wouldn't this fit in? If I lived in NYC, I'd be there to watch a bunch of 'em.

Oh, but good thread crapping. Rolling Eyes

Maybe if he pitched it to the ANN crew, they might consider putting the info up as a newsbite. The guy made a good pitch hitting his target audience. If i lived in New York, I would definitly print that out and check it out.
