Can someone please help me with this? Ever since I began watching s-CRY-ed, I automatically assumed it was pronounced like it was spelled, but I've heard it might be pronouced "s cried" instead of " s-cry-ed". So if anyone knows kindly inform me.

I pronouce it "scryed," like the word.

yep. Since so much anime and manga follows the "hey, english is cool, let's do funky stuff with it" formula, well... scryed it is. After all, what are we supposed to do about stuff like "RESERVoir CHRoNicle" ? Are they just being cute, or are they trying to say something about the pronunciation? (hint -- they're trying to be cute or cool ;D ) So yeah. They threw some extra hyphens in there. The review on this very site refers to the show as both the hyphenated version and just "Scryed". |

haha... perhaps thats how the japanese people pronounce it. "scrydo, ne?" |
