I never did see Basquash, but I did enjoy Oban: Star Racers quite a bit, and I'm a pretty easy sell for medieval European history, so an animated series about that is something I could definitely get into.
I'd need to know what tack they're taking (hard-line historically exact, or with the ability to fudge some details where it would make for better drama?) and see some animation clips, but if it looks as nice as that preview image, I have no complaints. Glad to see these people are still making shows. |

For those of us who need to know, the 2 queens are Fredegonde & Brunhilde, according to Crunchyroll :
http://www.crunchyroll.com/anime-news/2013/03/14-1/oban-star-racers-creator-teases-new-two-queens/ It sounds like a story with real potential: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fredegund/ |

Well I loved Oban Star Racers so I'm curious about this, and if we're possibly getting another TV series from them, that's a bonus. Hope this turns out well.
