Will it have a Japanese subtitled track? AoD.com says so on its pages for the two DVDs, but I don't know if that is just a placeholder or not.

EDIT: Spelling.

3 episodes for $20 is a nice deal, and I bet on-line stores will even add a few dollars discount! I don't even care if it's bareboned, as long as the Japanese track is there, I'm happy. Just one of my favorite series and it may be the first anime I collect the whole series for . . except that wiki reports that the series doesn't have a proper ending because of abrupt cancellation which would be a bummer.

3 episodes for $20?
I might have to wait a bit longer now. hopefully they'll have a nice boxset although they're probably just testing the water seeing if anyone wants to buy.

Yeah, at 3 eps, it'll take 20+ volumes to finish. I'm really hoping it's 4, but each ep is really short sans OPs + EDs. But at least the price is right. I guess this is the only way to make the series profitable.

$15 at RightStuf-10% if one has the discount-$13.50. Work the monthly bonus right & maybe get another buck off.

I think Illumnitoon should take a hint from ADV and do something similar to those vid-notes on Excel Saga and Abenobashi. Bobobo has lots of references and in-jokes, and less-knowledgeable fans will probably be more confused than usual.
