I have yet to get a Kindle or any other electronic reading device. If more and more vintage manga come out, I might reconsider....

There are 'reader' programs that can run on your desktop or laptop machine.

Me I prefer my iPad as I can easily read in bed.

Yeah I didn't like my Kindle. Still have the PC Kindle app though, just because.

I wonder if this is the entire series or just the first volume?

Just the first volume. The article said it in the first line.

I thought I understood it that way. No good for me. I bought the Japanese hardbound edition several years ago. I have the rather detailed online text translation but that is a hard way to read a manga. I have read the first four or so volumes though.

What a bummer, it only says it works on Kindle Fire or newer Kindle apps. Considering most of it is black and white, I'm disappointed they made this choice. Oh well.

If we don't buy this, it's probably going to disappear for another 30 years.

I'm a big fan, so I purchased this as soon as I read the news.

The pages are presented left to right (two on a screen), but it reads from right to left...ugh...so confusing...

Maybe there's a way to only view one page at a time. I've never used this app before.

I have all 18 volumes in French (published unflipped in the 1990s), but Kimagure Orange Road is one manga I'd double-dip on in English, but only on paper. No interest in digital manga.

Do you happen to know if I can read things on my MacBook Pro?

Yes any Mac or Windows machine can run the Kindle Reading app for those platforms.
