It's really fairly simple. Take an image and open in paint. Cut out a fairly small section of the image, say the head or the head and shoulders, but make sure it's not too large. Cut or copy the selected box, then open an image enhancing program. Microsoft Photo Editor works real easy unless you have something else you want to use. Resize the image so that it is max 6 kb and maximum 80 pixels height and 80 pixels width. To check if you got the right kb, height, width, right click the image after resizing it and check the properties of selected image. The information should tell you what you're at. Just play with it a bit and you should beable to figure it out. It's real simple and you can use just your ordinary programs that come with your Windows XP. You could also just look for thumb pics and use those, but sometimes you might have to resize those also. Go to your profile in your forum funtions and go to the bottom and just load it from your computer. This is an easy way unless someone else has an easier way with no programs available..
