I kinda had feelings that it's going to end as soon the manga entered the current arc Ahhh... I'm gonna miss Naruto when it's end. Tho, I do believe Bleach will end first, then Naruto. One Piece still had a year or two more, right?

Bleach only started what's been called its "final arc" earlier this year. It'll probably last a few years. Naruto, on the other hand, doesn't have much left.

Yeah, One Piece only hit its "midway point" back in 2010...it's gonna be a while.

Naruto amazes me with how it can be extremely brilliant some arcs and terribly boring in others.

Even though fans have speculating and insisting that Naruto was going to end since The Fourth Ninja War arc, I think this is the first time Kishimoto has officially confirmed that story is well reaching its climax. So for those of us that don't really take a fan's word at literal value, it's good to see closure on this issue.

I actually find this news relieving. Few things irk me like a story left unfinished (looking at you, Hiroyuki Takei), so reading this tells me Kishimoto has the story well under control and is ready to end it on his terms. It's been 13 years, so it's been a long time running. Looking forward to the finale.

I dunno, I doubt it'll be THAT soon. Being close to your ending in terms of material is one thing, but at one chapter a week, it's still gonna take a while to get to the ending. I'm betting we're still looking at at least a year or so of release.

I'm a little behind on the manga but where i was it felt like the war was wrapping up and with storm 3 (supposedly) coming out in winter 2013 then the manga should end relatively soon.

Its been obvious for well over a year and a half now that the series was ending Naruto I feel ran out of steam years ago one moment its interesting and engaging then the next its bland & filled with characters that I have no emotional connection to therefore don't care what ultimately happens to them right now its somewhat better then what it has been but knowing Kishimoto the tone of the series could shift without warning to someone else entirely as for Bleach I feel if one was to compare the beginning of both ending arcs of Naruto and Bleach that Bleach simply wins considering its been picking up pace since the Thousand Year Blood War arc began their is a real sense of dread going on right now between the Soul Reapers and the Quincies while I never got such a feeling from the war in Naruto.

He already confirmed it back in January in the Shonen Jump ANN.
Anyway, I hope to see it. It has been getting pretty awesome. Now the million dolar question who is Tobi?! Obito? Madara's brother? Obama?!

I love Naruto but I am also relived to see that I will be able to see the ending. I wonder what Kishimoto will do? I can't possibly predict what will happen.

Most unsurprising article of the year award goes to...
Seriously though, for ages I have been of the mindset that Naruto was going to end in 2012. Besides, Kabuto's Edo Tensei has just been defeated, so all that's left is for Naruto to defeat Tobi, Sasuke to come back to the village and for Naruto to become Hokage you could easily cover that in 4-5 months.
