MAX: July 1st-3rd 2011
AX 20th anniversary: July 1st-4th It will be a tough one since one is at Los Angeles Convention Center and the other is at the Anaheim convention center (which I think is the better convention center over LA and Long Beach), and the date creates contriversy but I guess it will come down to the guests so i'm on the fence on where to go. This past July MAX was awesome with Eri Mano, and X Japan while AX was slow but day 2 and 3 of AX were pretty awesome because of the Trigun movie premier, Macross Frontier concert. Pricing is competitive for MAX for both Exhibitors and Artists which is a plus but AX has the name so it can charge more, it will be very interesting to see how the two will proceed. |
