Every contributor can add credits that are identical to already existing credits but with different precision; their precisions are automatically merged by the system.

So this is something you can do on your own, 386sky. No encyclopedist action required. Just contribute your information as if the other one weren't there and check "add anyway" for these credits.

(I'm doing this often to prove persons with just one credit to be wrong/duplicates when they end up not backed up by the kanji source but another person with "compatible" kanji name gets the credit there, and to prove the correctness of entries without a source by adding the good kanji source to the additional precision credit.
By the way, shirayuki not only has the credits already grouped by person, i. e. with the precision lists ready for input into ANN, but even with the correct syntax for mass contribution, and as such it is my preferred kanji source.)

Don't add these credits without precisions, remove the following persons added to staff without precisions and add them to the correct!

You're not getting what Devil Doll is saying. If the credits are already there, without precision, you can fix them yourself.

The "wrong" credits (which aren't wrong, just lacking precision) don't have to be removed. Just pretend they aren't there, add the credits with precision, click the "add anyway", and the original credits will magically be fixed, without the very busy encyclopedia editors having to bother with trivial things that people can fix themselves.

And who cares if an illegal streaming site doesn't work?

As has been pointed out numerous times already (and in this thread), you do not need an Encyclopedia Editor's help to do this. You can enter it normally.

Here is an example. Just enter it as you would normally enter new information. You will get the warnings you see there ("and is already credited with... but with precision..."). Since you're adding something new, this is fine. Check both of the check marks as I've done, and click "Add it!"

Now, it's entered. If you look on the entry for F-Zero Falcon Densetsu now, the precision is there, and I didn't have to do anything with the old precision-less entry at all. Any regular user can do this, so you can do this too. I'm not sure what else there is to clarify here.
