Normally, the 'Related anime:' list is given in chronological order, with sequel-specific and series/chapter/etc-specific continuations indented. The Negima! page (manga#2891) has had three new 'related' items added at the top of the list, and so the newest material is listed at the top and can be taken as the earliest (or among the earliest) material. The three items in question are:
Mahō Sensei Negima! ~Shiroki Tsubasa Ala Alba~ (OAV) anime#9721 Mahō Sensei Negima! ~Mō Hitotsu no Sekai~ (OAV) anime#10713 Mahō Sensei Negima! ~Ariadone-hen~ (OAV) anime#11268 FYI, there is no gray page error icon (the 'i' in the circle) next to each page's 'Related anime:' title to report errors in said section, which is odd as every other section of each page has it. Hope this post isn't a repeat, or proof that I missed something I should have read somewhere, etc. |

The issue here is that Ala Alba is not a sequel to any of the other adaptations - it is a new adaptation of the manga in its own right and it appears that the adaptations are listed alphabetically, so "Mahou.." comes before "Negima!"
I don't think the Spring and Summer OVAs really belong under the first anime either, since the Summer special was an adaptation of a manga chapter and not in continuity with either of the TV series. |
