Yeah we know. 1 or 3 would be perfect for the role.

I liked number 1. The voice sounds like the person would did Ed from Cowboy Bebop.

Yeah 1 is Ed from Cowboy Bebop

and I was pretty surprised when I heard 3 because I'm almost positive that it's Lacy Chabert, from Mean Girls, Party of Five, also played Eliza Thornberry. She sounded the best to me.

lol, I just voted for #3 and it was also a 1 vote difference. I guess voting DOES matter. I think 3 is better than 1, but it took me a few listens to decide.

I'm torn between #1 and #3, but I think I slightly favor #1.

Is one of them Michelle Ruff or Kari Wahlgren?

Ehhhh, no. #1 is actually Kate Higgins. Drakh from DubReview deciphered them here. But in all honesty, choosing between #1 and #3 was pretty tough.

2 is out of the question for me.

I personally like 1 because it really has that personality in it without speaking like a robot like number 4.

I thought it was pretty easy to decide. While #3 sounds closest to the Japanese VA, the pronunciations of #1 are the best. At least in my opinion they are and Nagato uses a lot of big complicated words, so I thought she would fit the role better.

I prefer #3. #1 sounds somewhat like a cross between Mikuru and Yuki.

I decided #3 almost immediately after hearing all 4 voices once. The pronounciations can be worked out through further recordings, no? =\

I went with 3. Numbers 2 and 4 sound too. . . I don't know how to describe it, and the lines were spoken too quickly. Number 1 had the tone right but the lines were read a little fast. (Yuki always seemed a little more methodical to me in both her way of speaking and her actions.)

Pronounciation can always be worked out later. (Remember, these are just auditons. Probably not a huge amount of practice going in.)

I don't know if they are actually going to take the poles into consideration at all, but it is a lot of fun hearing these auditions. (Wants to see video of them in the extras section on the DVDs!)

Wonder how long we're going to have to wait to here Haruhi herself.
