Im a great fan of Berserk, and after the 25 episodes i was dissapointed they didn't make more.
Does anyone recommend any anime that would come close to berserk. |

Gory Action: Gantz (technically a sci-fi but it's gory and action never the less). Ninja Scroll Movie and the Kenshin OAV (Samurai X Trust & Betrayal) I would recommend Hellsing but the manga is a lot better. The same goes with Berserk. |

Dont' forget Fist of the North Star.
Kenshiro run around the waste land to lay waste (or just beat up) on muscle-bound baddies by punching them and making thier head explode into a bloody geyser. Ken's shirt rips like a billion times (it's just one of those thing that happen when you're fighting) .  Oh yeah don't let the baddies fool you by thier size too. They might appear small before the fight but when the fight start, they're like 20 feet taller without any reason (animation glitch? I think not)
This is the bloody epic of all bloody anime. It's a classic. |

Im talkin more about how the anime was made. Each epsiode meant something, and the dark serious mood really affected the setting. Also watching the characters grow really gets you involved. Its like watching an epic.
